Carmelle Marcelin Chapman, Healthier Lake Worth Beach Project Director, was our speaker last week.
Rotarian Patrick Livingston whose organization Arms of Hope, works with her to provide such things as volunteers to help those who can not afford and those who are disabled, bring their properties into compliance with the local building codes, which by example encourages others in the neighborhood to do the same.
Please note, we, The Rotary Club of LWB will be painting a home on April 29.

Following a community engagement grant with fiscal agent Community Partners of South Florida, Healthier Lake Worth Beach launched as the fourth Healthier Together community in summer 2017.
Healthier Lake Worth Beach focuses on improving behavioral health by addressing the physical environment including the cleanliness and safety of Lake Worth Beach’s neighborhoods in order to increase community pride, unity and sense of belonging……. for more information go to their website.
