Our newest member gave his “Rotary Minute” so we got to know him a little better.
Keith was recently married, last October. He was born in Texas and now lives in Hypoluxo.
He is an Investment advisor and will be giving a “Classification Program” on April 5.
Our program last week was an update given by Kathy and Bill Musgrave, who spoke on their favorite topic the Tusonge Ministries in Uganda.
The Ministry was started in 2014 and now has 50 students living in newly constructed buildings and is now considered one of the best schools in Uganda.
They told us about a new second group residence which has just started and has about 40 students who currently are living in tents on the property which will be improved as time goes on..
They read a letter from Tracy, a student which LWB Rotary sponsors and she once again thanked us for our support.
Her sister, also a student at the school, is supported by one of our members. Kathy tells me there is a need for more support if anyone would like to help, it costs about $100 per month to support a student.
The local Rotary Club is an active supporter of the school and have sponsored an Interact Club at the school.
Bill and Kathy Musgrave with President Lorraine Hernandez receiving their “annual” Certificate of Appreation.
Thanks for your hard work and dedication.
