The program specializes in providing free educational workshops designed to help adults and business owners gain practical, professional knowledge in areas such as law, taxes, retirement planning, selling a business, Medicare, Social Security, and similar topics.
Classes are typically free of charge, though there may be a small optional fee for course materials or books. The instructors are highly experienced professionals—most are retired business owners or practitioners with decades of real-world expertise.
All workshops are held in-person as live, interactive sessions (not online or pre-recorded).
These are strictly educational programs with no sales presentations or pitches for financial/legal services, especially for those approaching or in retirement.
Advance registration is required to reserve your seat, as space is limited and guaranteed only for registered participants.

Last week, our guest speaker was Colonel Eileen Watson, a U.S. Army nurse who shared powerful firsthand accounts of her service in the Vietnam War combat zone.
She explained that more than 6,000 women served as military nurses during the conflict, and like the combat troops, they were deliberate targets of Vietcong attacks.
The medical facilities were often just tents, where nurses and doctors routinely performed up to five emergency surgeries simultaneously to stabilize critically wounded soldiers for evacuation to safer hospitals farther from the fighting. Their sole mission was to keep those young men alive long enough to receive definitive care.
These courageous women endured the full horrors of war—enemy fire, harsh conditions, and constant danger—while also being regularly exposed to X-rays without any protective shielding.
We may have known these events took place, but hearing her story really brought home just how extraordinarily brave these nurses were.
“Thank you for your service.”
